The MBBR process principle is the basic principle of using the biofilm method to increase the biomass and biological species in the reactor by adding a certain number of suspension carriers to the reactor, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the reactor.
MBR process is a sewage treatment process that puts the flat membrane in the aerobic tank and combines the traditional activated sludge process with membrane separation technology. The flat membrane element is composed of a filter membrane, a guide cloth and a guide plate. A suction port is arranged at the top of the guide plate. The activated sludge in the membrane tank is blocked outside the membrane element, and the filtered water is extracted under the action of negative pressure through the suction port of the membrane element.
